Pandora's Box by Gracen Miller
What's the genre? What is it you like or don't like about this cover?
Does it make you want to know more about the book? Does it make you want
to BUY the book? Discuss.
In addition to being busy, it's a pretty poor photoshop job on her hair, the so-called "tattoo" on his chest is not integrated with him at all, it's just a flat grey piece of artwork placed on top of him, and the glows on the text are too heavy.
I also agree with Eric on the "book one of" thing. Three lines for that? Really?
This cover has a very busy and tossed together feeling to it. There are three competing images and the don't really come together.
ReplyDeleteI would guess romance but the skull and cross bones confusing me because then I think pirates. Or is it horror because it's the "road to hell"?
I do not think that the "book one" text needs to be so prominent location. That's the sort of thing to put across the top or bottom of the cover.
Paranormal romance would be my guess.

I guess I'm easy. I like it. Pandora's Box. The title fits.
