Sleeping with the Wolf by Maddy Barone

What's the genre? What's the logline? What is it you like or don't like about this cover? Does it make you want to know more about the book? Does it make you want to BUY the book? Discuss.

  1. This has to be a sexy paranormal romance about a werewolf and a plane crash. "After the Crash" is hard to read, but the author's name and title are clear. Though it's yet another bare male torso, you have to admit, a torso does get the message across.

The colors and lighting are appealing.

I really like the S and the W in the title. They have a subtle look of fur, claws, and fangs.

    I'd pick this one up.

  2. Very good cover except for the text that says "After the Crash". Is that really needed? That information can be placed in the description.

    Genre: Werewolf-paranormal-romance

  3. I didn't see the "After the Crash" at first. Only after the others commented on it. And even then it's still hard to see.

But I like the cover. It's very clearly a werewolf paranormal romance.

  4. Uhh ... paranormal erotica? I would have guessed "After the Crash" to be a title, in conflict with "Sleeping With the Wolf".

If in fact werewolf erotica is what this is, the cover conveys it very well.

  5. I read this book and I really liked it. I have to admit that I never even noticed that it said "After The Crash"..as the book was great and has me waiting on the next one, I guess it doesn't matter much to me.

  6. Sexy or erotic paranormal werewolf story. Love the colors, the guy is hot-I think the cover is eye-catching. I'd have to read the blurb to know whether or not I'd buy it, but the cover would make me take a second look.
I didn't notice the 'after the crash' until I read a mention of it in someone else's comment-I'm assuming it means it's part of a series, but it's unclear.
    Either way, very nice-looking cover.
