Fourteen Days Later by Sabelle Hodge

What's the genre? What is it you like or don't like about this cover? Does it make you want to know more about the book? Does it make you want to BUY the book? Discuss.

  1. What we have here folks, is a Romance Novel. No doubt about that. This is a cutesy cover and it's appropriate for the genre. It works.

However, the font is impossible to read. I'd seriously reconsider it.

  2. Agreed. I like the graphic. I like the background colors. But the title and author's name are too small. The font might be okay if made larger, but the layout will need to be changed to accommodate larger text.

  3. Definitely romantic comedy or chick lit. No question there.

I agree with Gisele that the font is difficult to read. It's not too bad for the title, but I can't make out the author's name at all. And this isn't even thumbnail size.

  4. I'd say romance or chick lit as well.
It's a cute cover but I have to agree on the font for the title and author's name. I can't read the author's name at all

  5. Chick book. Good graphics, but need different font for the text.

  6. Romance, but the title suggests a zombie movie. (28 days later)

Not to my taste I think.

  7. Definitely a contemporary romance. I love the color, the fun vibe it gives, the heart graphic, the balance of light and dark. And I agree, the text needs to be easier to read. I'd still pick it up, though. It's exactly my cup of tea.
