Deeds of Deceit by Kathleen Rowland

What's the genre? What is it you like or don't like about this cover? Does it make you want to know more about the book? Does it make you want to BUY the book? Discuss.

  1. Genre, romance.

First of all, he is just not very good looking, at least to me. I notice him first, and to me he's kind of weasel faced. She looks like she has a black eye.

The typography is an attempt, but the typefaces don't go well together, the italics small type is unreadable (and not a good italics font), I don't like the bordered band across the middle or the heavy embossing.

  2. Romantic suspense! Love it! I really love the forest element too - which means we not only have bad guys after the protagonists, they also have to deal with elements of nature. Total slam dunk! Yay, Kathy! :)

  3. Genre: Romance

The very small text at the bottom is unreadable in the thumbnail format. I would suggest making a version for Amazon and other online stores without it and place the content in the description area.

  4. Interesting looks like romantic suspense. Could ever have a little paranormal stuff going on.
