Cybershock by Stacy Gail, Nathalie Gray, and Barbara J. Hancock

What's the genre? What is it you like or don't like about this cover? Does it make you want to know more about the book? Does it make you want to BUY the book? Discuss.

  1. I really like this cover. I like the typography, especially the circuit board overlay of the title. He is handsome (and not Jimmy!) and the effect around his arm is really well done. I don't know what it means, but in this case it's a subtle cue to get me to want to read more.

But it's also a bit confusing. Is it one story with three authors? Three stories? And genre. Yes, futuristic, but the hunky male model makes me thing sci-fi romance not hard sci-fi.

  2. Heck yeah, handsome and buff enough to be Jimmy! The electricity around the arm makes me wonder about the powers he possesses. My take on the three authors is they are all writing about the same hero. CYBERSHOCK is a fitting title.
