Green is intense, makes me think the zombies might be linked with a chemical or biological accident. I love the pink contrast, hints at humor. The contradictions fly in the face of a traditional (read predictable) zombie or love story. Anything unpredictable gets my interest. I'd flip it over and read the blurb.
-KaraKara Ashley Deyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13647156931421720337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8175053073870042983.post-40699580029020535272011-11-17T08:57:00.363-08:002011-11-17T08:57:00.363-08:00I like it. The funny thing about covers that go as e-books is you almost have to look at them in the smaller thumbnail because this is how it will appear on most people's computer screens. I know some authors are actually doing two covers now, which I find interesting. That said I think this design does really well for both, where some with a busier image may not work as well.Christie Craighttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13838947086349600665noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8175053073870042983.post-59037647607497513512011-11-15T17:28:56.644-08:002011-11-15T17:28:56.644-08:00I'm surprised i like this cover as much as i d...I'm surprised i like this cover as much as i do. The cupid seems out of place in the word zombie, but at the same time it gets my attention. And since cupids are iconic for love and this is about zombie love, i get it. :) I'm thinking a humorous zombie romance. The green graphic is cool, though it does seem displaced from the subject matter, however my first thought is that it's a symbol that's plays a part in the overall story. If it's not, it's superfluous. Good job regardless. I actually really like the green graphic, just not sure it's right for this cover.Robinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14745547538571404846noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8175053073870042983.post-35712248575244945702011-11-15T10:42:00.788-08:002011-11-15T10:42:00.788-08:00An intriguing cover. And what does that shape (rune? whatever?) have to do with zombies? I'm afraid I don't get it. It isn't an unattractive cover but I can't imagine it would attract people looking for a zombie novelJ. However, if the title didn't say Zombie in it then I would not know it was a zombie novel. I would have guessed tech medical thriller.

While the graphic get your attention are then enough to get people to think Zombie? Another question is how does this cover fit into the rest of the series?Erichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11882910901554365995noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8175053073870042983.post-52288316830607484672011-11-15T09:06:48.342-08:002011-11-15T09:06:48.342-08:00Love the colors!
