I guess it's supposed to be some kind of subtle tattoo? I like her, and I really want to like the cover. It's just not quite there yet.Robinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14745547538571404846noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8175053073870042983.post-36144678477637719962011-09-26T13:13:20.379-07:002011-09-26T13:13:20.379-07:00Dear Helen, We are here to help each other. It is always difficult to look at one's book cover objectively so this is really useful. I've been wondering about the title font because although I love it, I know it's difficult to read. Seeing Eric's comment, I might go back to the drawing board and try something completely different. Thanks again. The cover image doesn't really tell me what genre this is or make me want to learn more.

The title text is way too hard to read in thumbnail. Also the little blurb on the right hand side is too small to read.

I would suggest to start over.Erichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11882910901554365995noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8175053073870042983.post-8259652624707044032011-09-25T14:01:48.829-07:002011-09-25T14:01:48.829-07:00The cover says it is a "paranormal romance&qu...The cover says it is a "paranormal romance" so that answers that, but I thing that is too difficult to read. I'm sure it would be impossible in thumbnail. The white font is particularly difficult to read and the title and author name kind of fade into the photo.

Lookint at it, I probably would have guessed steampunk rather than paranormal and I really couldn't figure out what is up with her face, looks a bit squinchy.J.
